Shipping
Clover and Swift offer Free standard delivery within the UK. We also ship worldwide, this usually takes 1-2 weeks. Any customs/import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days, please allow a little longer in busy periods such as Christmas and special gifting occasions. If you have any special requests or would like a more accurate dispatch date please contact us at info@cloverandswift.com
Packaging
We are proud to say all of our packaging is plastic free and 100% biodegradable. We use pretty cotton drawstring branded bags or Clover and Swift gift boxes to keep our pieces safe. Our Guardian necklaces and Wishing lockets come beautifully displayed on thick, quality card which are then placed in glassine envelopes. All postal boxes are also card with shredded paper to protect when needed.
Returns policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read the information below carefully.
Return Postage
Unless an item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise your right to cancel, you may contact us directly or use the online cancellation/withdrawal form available on our website. If you use the online form, we will acknowledge receipt of your request by email without undue delay.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method.
If your order has already been dispatched, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to cancel. Unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or evidence that they have been returned, whichever is sooner.
Standard Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item within 14 days of notifying us.
Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging where possible.
Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photographs where appropriate. We will work with you to resolve the issue and will cover reasonable return postage costs where required.
Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged, or not as described:
- Personalised or custom-made items.
- Earrings for hygiene reasons.
- Any item showing signs of wear, use, or damage caused after delivery.

Product care
Clover and Swift specialise in 18k Gold plated sterling silver pieces, otherwise known as Gold vermeil. Gold plated pieces are delicate jewellery items and therefore care should be taken to protect the layer of gold from being worn.
Avoid direct contact with water, no showering or swimming in your new jewellery!
Take care when using moisturisers, perfume and avoid any excessive perspiration.
If you want to clean your jewellery item, use a warm, damp soft cloth and make sure it is dry before storing (do not use any silver cloths or abrasive cleaners to clean gold plated items).
It’s strongly advised to keep your treasured pieces stored safely in the bag provided when not being worn and to not sleep in your jewellery, especially the more delicate items.
